Shipping & Returns


Shipping Domestic

Unless specified otherwise, ships UPS Ground for leather products and USPS for paper products. We try to keep all merchandise in stock and will ship the next business day after orders are received.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so USPS will be used. Rates for P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may be higher.
If an item is out of stock, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.


If you are not satisfied with a product or you need to exchange the item for a different style or color, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the package. We will give you a return authorization number, and upon receipt of the product, refund your money (excluding shipping), replace or exchange the item. 

All items must be returned in sellable condition with original tags attached. 

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The package may be shipped back whichever way is most convenient. However, we do suggest that you insure the package for your protection. We will not accept COD returns or send return call tags. 

All credits & exchanges are subject to return shipping charges. Unless specified, the shipping cost would be charged to the original credit card submitted with the order. To pay by check/money order, please email or call customer service for the cost. 

Please allow 12-14 business days for a credit to be processed once the package has been received and the merchandise has been checked in. 

Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return. 

The return authorization number and the customer name should be displayed on the outside of the box.
